Attention Governor Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa

Dear Sir,

For the Attention of Governor Yakowa

Rijana Village was 48KM from the state capital, the village was situated along Kaduna-Abuja Express Way under Kachia Local Government. Even by the name one will understand that it is a Fulani village but as its population increase everyday, it now become a home to virtually every ethnic group that make Nigeria, despite its increases people were leaving peacefully as brother’s keepers.

I went to the village to see for myself how erosion is affecting the said village which to people en routing the road become home, the case of erosion was there for long but up to now nothing was done to arrest the situation other lip promise made to the people whenever campaign started. Whenever rainfall begins the people of the area will start facing problems of washing down of house as result of this menace which affect their market that is very close to Police Station and in dry season it will become another danger zone to the health of the people, because the water left will become symptoms of different diseases such as Chlorea.

To add salt to injury the said satellite village has no Clinic or Dispensaries what I saw is rented house as medical center where most of the staff are not competent to handle the situation, I therefore appeals to Governor Yakowa to come to their aide by building a dispensary in the area and equip it with facilities, also something urgently must be done to arrest the issue of erosion facing the satellite village as well as providing another transformer for them to continue providing sound revenue that can go along way of building new Kaduna state where all and sundry will live happily.
