"The Ultimate Fighter 9" runner-up DaMarques Johnson has become the third opponent for "TUF 7" winner Amir Sadollah (4-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC) at next week's UFC Fight Night 24 event.
UFC officials announced that Johnson has replaced injured welterweight James Wilks (knee), who actually was a replacement for Duane "Bang" Ludwig.
UFC Fight Night 24 takes place March 26 at KeyArena in Seattle and airs live on Spike TV. A light-heavyweight tilt between Phil Davis and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira headlines the card.
Johnson vs. Sadollah is slated for the televised main card.
Johnson looks to build off a January submission win over Mike Guymon. It marked his third win in four fights, which included a pair of bonus-winning performances in victories over Brad Blackburn ("Knockout of the Night") and Edgar Garcia ("Submission of the Night"). The lone loss during the streak came to Matthew Riddle via TKO.
Sadollah, who's competed exclusively in the UFC during his pro career, looks to build on a unanimous-decision win over Peter Sobotta at UFC 122. The victory allowed him to rebound from a decision loss to Dong Hyun Kim in May. Sadollah, who previously competed at middleweight, owns previous UFC wins over C.B. Dollaway, Phil Baroni and Brad Blackburn. The other loss came to Johnny Hendricks during his second pro bout in 2009.
