Rihanna called into Ryan Seacrest's radio show On Air With Ryan Seacrest this morning to talk about her upcoming projects with Armani and of course, her controversial collaboration with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
When asked how she linked up with Chris Brown, Rihanna revealed:
“I reached out to him for “Birthday Cake” and in return he asked me to be featured on “Turn Up The Music." It made sense. He’s the hottest R&B artist in music right now…It’s just music. It’s innocent. We wanted to bring our fans together. There’s no reason to divide.”

Definitely interesting to see her perspective on such a controversial issue, but if it's really all about the music, RiRi's decision makes complete sense.
